All personal data collected is for the purposes of providing physiotherapy to a client’s animal only and shall not be further processed for other purposes out with physiotherapy provision.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
We will never contact you for marketing purposes.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.
We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to correct any errors which may be identified.
If you are unhappy about the handling of your personal data, you have the statutory right to complain to your Statutory Authority (Information Commissioner’s Office).
Failure to provide the information requested may result in us being unable to provide the services offered.
Client personal data will not be kept longer than 7 years and animal patients records will not be kept longer than 5 years, unless you remain a client.
