Please note cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or charges will apply.
Physiotherapy treatment is covered by many insurance companies but please check with your individual provider to be sure. Physiotherapy reports can be provided if required by your insurance provider but will incur a small fee.
For clients out with the Edinburgh city boundary, a travel charge of 50p per mile will apply.
Payment information
Payment is due at the time of the appointment by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Bank transfer is preferred.
Invoices will be issued following your appointment and include the details required for bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer, please use animal name and date of appointment as a reference.
